Dr. Marchese is a clinician, author, and educator. She received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM). She completed a two-year postgraduate residency in Integrative Medicine and Women's Health and a six-month post-graduate training in Environmental Medicine.

Dr. Marchese currently teaches gynecology at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Marchese is a highly sought after speaker and has presented at numerous physician conferences throughout the U.S. and Canada. She has had articles published in magazines, newspapers, and journals and she currently writes a column on environmental medicine for The Townsend Letter.

Dr. Marchese was named to Phoenix magazines' 2010 Top Doctor Issue as one of the top naturopathic physicians in the Phoenix metropolitan area. She sees men and women of all ages and focuses on hormone imbalance, fibroids, endometriosis, infertility, HPV and abnormal pap smear management, detoxification and cleansing, heavy metal chelation, neurological and immune disorders, breast cancer support, gastrointestinal and cardiac disorders, allergies, fatigue, weight loss, and all general medicine conditions.
